冷凍水產品躍升新加坡小家庭新寵新加坡全國發展部部長Khaw Boon Wan,於近日前往Jurong水產批發市場聽取攤商感嘆近年經營慘淡後發現,有越來越多的消費者對冷凍水產品的喜愛更甚於冷藏/生鮮水產品。K部長呼籲當地漁港及傳統市場,應將宜蘭民宿消費者生活型態的改變納入未來規劃經營走向的考量。K部長更以農糧及檢疫局報告為例說明,Jurong漁港經銷的水產量由2001年78,524公噸,下滑24%至2010年的60,027公噸,Senoko漁港由14,019公噸,下滑32%至9,522公噸的數據顯見,水產量衰褐藻醣膠退的原因在於消費者偏愛選購冷凍水產品更甚於冷藏/生鮮水產品。新加坡冷凍水產品的消費量(全魚、魚片、魚塊/魚排)已由2002年的17,150公噸,至2010年呈倍數成長至34,297公噸。冷藏/生鮮水產品十年間的市占率則由八成跌至六成;預料衰退土地買賣恐會持續下去。K部長進一步補充,該趨勢不僅得以解釋為何傳統市場無法與超市競爭,也充分反映現代雙薪小家庭的生活模式。( 摘譯自INFOFISH Trade News, No. 01/2012,16 Jan. 2012) The National Development Minister Khaw Boon 房地產Wan has reported that consumers are increasingly choosing frozen fish over chilled or live fish. The statement follows his visit to Jurong Wholesale Fish Market recently, where fish merchants reported their business 室內設計slowing down in recent years. He has urged local fishery ports and wet markets to note the lifestyle changes of their consumers, as they formulate future business plans. The Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority of 酒店工作Singapore reported that at Jurong Fishery Port , the amount of fish handled dropped by 24% from 78,524 MT in 2001 to 60,027 MT in 2010 while in Senoko, the drop was 32% from 14,019 MT to 9,522 MT. The minister 訂做禮服attributed the drop to the changing consumer preference for frozen fish from chilled / live fish. Consumption of frozen fish (whole, fillet, cuts/steaks) in Singapore has doubled from 17,150 MT in 2002 to 34,297 MT 租房子in 2010. Within a decade, the market share of chilled/live fish has shrunk from about 80% to 60%. The declining trend is said to likely continue.
